Information we collect
When you book a court, create an account or order a product, we use the information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address and booking or order details. Delivery requires the recipient’s address. We also keep messages you send us to handle your request.
Technical logs may include your IP address, browser information and website errors. The website keeps order references and payment status; when card payment is available, the payment provider handles card details on its own checkout page. We do not keep full card numbers.
How we use and share information
We use information to manage your booking or order, send confirmations and delivery updates, provide support and handle returns, protect accounts and the website, and meet legal record requirements. Hosting, booking, payment and email providers can access the information needed for their services. When courier delivery is selected and enabled, we share the necessary recipient and shipment details with the carrier, such as ASYAD.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law. We do not use your contact details for marketing offers without your consent; you can withdraw that consent by contacting us or using the unsubscribe option in a message.
Product availability notifications
When you request a product notification, we record your chosen contact channel, email address or WhatsApp number, product, displayed price, optional setup preference and purchase timing. We use this to send the availability notification you requested. This does not subscribe you to general marketing. Contact us to withdraw your request.
Cookies
Necessary cookies help run login, the basket, language selection and saved preferences. Optional cookies may be used for analytics and advertising when those services are enabled. Use “Cookie settings” to review and change your choices for optional categories. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser; this may require signing in again or rebuilding your basket.
Keeping and protecting information
How long information is needed depends on the booking, order or support request. Some records may need to be retained for a legal or court obligation, or an ongoing dispute. Contact us to ask why a particular record is retained or to request deletion. We use measures to protect information and limit access, although sending data over the internet carries risks.
Privacy requests
Contact us to request access, correction, updating, transfer or deletion of your data, or to withdraw consent you previously gave. You can also request human review if a decision affecting you was made solely through automated processing. We may ask for limited information to verify your identity, and will explain what we can do and any legal obligation preventing a particular request. You can make a complaint to Oman’s Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology.
Children and updates
A parent or guardian should contact us about children’s bookings and the information needed for them. Please do not send sensitive information about a child through public website forms. We update the date above when this policy changes; contact us if you need clarification.
